Unfortunately not what I was expecting, but maybe I expected too much. Since when I called to make an appointment they didn’t even take my name down and when I arrived they went directly to the spa chair when I was only there for a gel manicure. They obviously didn’t have me for an appointment. Since I wasn’t getting a pedicure, I was made to wait over 20 minutes when there was only two other customers. I guess I arrived when people were on break? When the manicurist finally came, she seemed distracted and rushed, she cut me when scraping the old gel polish off my nails. I had to struggle to find a moment to ask about the nail polish and regarding an acrylic for a broken nail. The acrylic nail was glued to my skin, and she didn’t even bother measuring it against my other hand, until I asked her to cut it. My nails look like I already have a week of growth. Overall disappointed and would not return.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I always get my nails done by Lynn. I come here so often that I never need to tell her what shape or length I want. I appreciate that her goal is to accommodate your needs <3 She consistently asks if you like how your nails are coming along and if you don't, she will gladly fix it. I got both my pinky fingers matte which is $3 for every finger that you want matte. If you're thinking of getting your nails done with Lynn I suggest you make an appointment with her or go on a weekday when it's the least busiest :)

Lack luster service. I recommend you go elsewhere. When in for pedicure and got out of there disappointed. My nail polish was sloppy. I had a foot doctor’s appointment the next day and I was embarrassed at the thought of showing him my pedi. I went home a took the color off. They claim a spa was this was the opposite. I will not be returning.

This place is terrible customer service I understand running a business and generating income but for this occasion was uncalled for. I paid $41 dollars for my nails 4 days later one of my nails comes off and absolutely did not hurt at all. All I heard was my nail falling to the floor. So I know for sure that it was because the nail technician did not place the nail far back enough while doing my nails. Anyway with that being said if you decide to come here be picky dont trust that they know what they’re doing especially in the begining while they’re placing on the nail. You’ve been warned.

First time here and was definitely not impressed. Everything is done as if they are in a rush and try charging you for everything. I asked if I can have a Mani and pedi. The two ladies literally finished less than 10 minutes. It’s better doing your own nails and saving your money.
