Was told they could do the nails I wanted and they totally messed them up I got them done Friday and my mom got a gel manicure my nails aren’t even and today is Monday and one of them ALREADY popped off not to mention I paid $160 to be left like this !! Acrylic nails

Roswell NM…Worst experience ever!!! The young lady that works by the register is rough, and very rude. She forgot to shorten my nails at first and then miscommunication about what I wanted, she made it seem like it was my fault, she cut my cuticle, she was getting impatient and even more rude. I took one of the individuals that I work for, to have a good time and we had to deal with her acting unprofessional. We asked for a receipt, so my person served can turn it in and they made it seem like it was the hardest thing in the world. The prices are ridiculous for something simple. Left paying $130.40 for the paint to be bubbling, and peeling off. Last time we got manicures, and deluxe pedicures for $70, that’s including Gel. Another lady showed up asking for Lily the owner, and they were rude to her too. Never going back again!!!

I will never go back to have my nails done here again. I have used this nail salon before, but it had been a long time from the last time. When filing my nail down to the length I wanted; it was very crooked. When I told said person, I was told not to worry about it, that it was fine. They are still crooked! Also, the nails were not glued properly, so now I have some of the nails coming up off my nail. For all this, I was charged way over priced for such bad work.

I brought my daughter who is almost 3 for what I thought was going to be a really special fun thing for me and her to do. When I was pregnant I got my nails done and made friends w a lady and her 3 year old and couldn’t wait for the day I could do this w my little girl. I’ve been painting her nails at home for 6 months and she LOVES it and is so well behaved and excited about it.

Me and my friend went there today and it was really good at the beginning. They showed us the price and it was 60. We both took the same procedure. My friend had to pay 97 dollars and I had to pay 103 dollars. We are quite sure that they took advantage of us not knowing the real prices there. Definitely won’t go back there!

Arrived without an appointment on a Saturday. Was placed in an area for my nails to soak at 11:30. No one came back till 12:35 to do my nails. I had soaked my fingers in the bowl for over an hour without being acknowledged. Several times attempted to get someone’s attention without success. Frustrated I was ready to walk out when finally someone helped me. The young man was apologetic and very kind. He also did a wonderful job on my nails. Would have given them a 5. Again I had no appointment and it was a Saturday. But to wait while soaking over an hour was a little too much.

I’m really disappointed, because I have been many times to the guy that does nails at the booth by the door and he is amazing!!! My daughter just went and took her 9 yr old cousin with her to get a gel paint manicure, a acrylic full set for herself, and two pedicures for the both of them. She doesn’t have the best paying job being a teen and spent 228.00 dollars for her and her cousin (of her own money). She tipped 10 dollars and the lady told her “you could have at least tipped 20”, and then immediately started talking to the other lady that was there in another language. My daughter felt really embarrassed and uncomfortable. Unfortunately our family will never be back to this establishment.

Best place ever! Me and my wife came late to our appointment and we didn’t even wait for 5 minutes before they got to us! They took there time and catered to us the way you would imagine when going into a spa! Definitely coming back and would strongly recommend to family and friends!

After having the WORST experience of my life at USA NAILS!! I had the worst acrylic overlay at USA Nails and I went into Lily’s nails after they were no longer taking customers to see if they could fix my hack job. Well after they saw what USA nails did to me and how they called the cops on my and screamed & cussed at me and my 13 & 7 year old daughters, they fixed my Nas and did pedis on all 3 of us. They stayed past closing just to help us! They were so friendly and tried to make us feel and look great!! I am so appreciative to Lily’s nails for making such a bad day into such a better one!!! This was for my birthday and they made it so much better. Thank u again for such wonderful & friendly service.
