I’ve been using lily’s for at least 6 years. I gave a 3 instead of a one due my many years of going there. I have read many of the reviews. I can’t argue them because if you don’t get the right tech you will have a terrible experience. Obviously for most of 6 or more years I had the same tech. She moved. I was good with a new tech once we worked out my likes/dislikes She was out twice in a row and I got someone else’s the first time, she was so so. The second time I got Jason who wrecked my cuticles using the motorized dremel file on them?? they were bleeding and got scabs.I was so afraid of an infection. I mean those don’t get cleaned ever. My fingers were so sore for days. The owner did nothing but say sorry which, with as many years as I go there, isn’t a great thing. Being honest about it, if this tech leaves I will be going somewhere else. In FLORIDA when I get a dip powder they only use a cuticle oil that works extremely well and doesn’t damage my nails or nail bed. What he did was just wrong and the owner should take responsibility for it or only allow him to work on fake nails if he can’t comply.

Tina at lily nails gave me the best pedicure I’ve had in years!!!! I have been to several places in westerly for pedicures and she has been by far, the best. She was thorough with every step, spending time on my cuticles, and callous remover. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, tvs were on mute with subtitles. Shop is very clean!!! Will be returning!!

I normally have an okay experience here, as so does my mom. Granted the place is always busy, it’s nice that it’s quick. However, I went in July for UV gel and found out a couple weeks later at another salon that they actually put the fake nail fill stuff (idk) over my real nails, which I didn’t ask for and it destroyed them when I had them growing for months. I had to pay extra to get it off at this other salon and it was a long painful experience since it was only on my real nail.

I’ve had the best experience here for quite some time now. Typically I get ombre or intricate work done and I’ve never been disappointed..also I use my hands constantly at work and no chips..all great things to say about lily nails and big shout out to my nail tech Ester..thanks you’re awesome..recommended highly Gel manicures

I think I’ve tried every nail salon in South County and keep coming back to Lily Nail & Spa. For my pedis, they do a great job and my feet and legs always feel amazing when I leave there. The team at Lily are extremely nice and focus on their work – the pedis are so relaxing! I read other reviews about Lily that weren’t happy with a color, gels etc. Before relying on those opinions to make a decision, I’d look at the reviews of other places these ladies have submitted – sometimes people are just too harsh online – or maybe they work at a competitor. Lily Nail & Spa is fantastic.

This was my first and last visit to Lily’s Nail & Spa. I selected a color from the nail chart but got a different looking color on my nails 🙁 Of course I’m told, “ one more coat and it should be fine..” but when “done” I pointed out the color difference and that I really was not happy with the result. The staff explained that for me to get the color I wanted, I would have to pay $10 more for a base color and then the color I selected on top? Ummm…I wasn’t given that option and so I have nails that I am not happy with. I felt this situation was poorly handled. If I point to a color on the chart, I should expect that color. I should have been given the chance to return another time for a color change or a discount on my next visit. That customer service would have brought me back again. When I wanted to speak with the manager, she was “too busy…” and so, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Lilly nails is very clean and very professional however their employees are not properly trained when it comes to foot message. They need to be properly trained. I walk in my heel and the balls of my feet. They mostly message the arch which isn’t the most important part of the foot. Also I feel rushed when I am there. It should be a relaxing experience not rushing to get you out the door.
