It makes me sad writing this review. I’d been a client of Lily for a good year and there is no one in dfw that has been able to match her level of quality and it’s true her prices are extremely reasonable for this level of quality. She’s clean and my eyes never have been red or irritated in any way. Unfortunately, Lily does not have good people skills and her time management is terrible. She changed multiple appointments with no notice, she will take clients if they come late even knowing it will cut into the next client and has no remorse. Lily is very aggressive in the way she speaks to customers and her mouth is smart and it’s only gotten worse since she switched locations. I relocated to a new city and still came back every three weeks for fills. Not anymore. I will go where I’m appreciated as a client

Lily does an excellent and flawless job. I can go 3 to 4 weeks and lashes still look good and full. I still receive compliments on my lashes, when it time for a refill. I love this nail salon. The staff is so friendly and are always patient with you when picking out colors. They also help find a color you are looking for if you are wanting a certain color going in. Also Lily is the best at eyelashes!! I highly recommend getting eyelash extensions here. Before I came here I went to a different place and my eyelash extensions would fall out after a week and I would already need a fill. So then I started going here and I let Lily do them. My eyelashes have been lasting 3-4 weeks easily and they still look great!!
