Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueOk so I hate to give bad reviews. But this place is just horrible. If they were doing hair for free I wouldn’t go. The owner is a money hungry finesser. Just terrible. I got a blow out. My hair is shoulder length and I was charged $96. She asked me if I wanted a haircut and I told her “yes, cut off the split ends”. She proceeds to cut my hair in an ugly uneven bob then charges me for it. The work is choppy and awful. Ok so I hate to give bad reviews. But this place is just horrible. If they were doing hair for free I wouldn’t go. The owner is a money hungry finesser. Just terrible. I got a blow out. My hair is shoulder length and I was charged $96. She asked me if I wanted a haircut and I told her “yes, cut off the split ends”. Instead of letting me know she was not in, she decided to have her friend practice on me. I did not know this lady was going to literally cut off all of my hair. My hair is long, I explained IN DETAIL what I wanted. She did as she pleased. This lady cut my hair so short that I literally cannot do anything with it. These people are greedy, rude, dirty, unprofessional “people” stay away from this disgusting place at all costs. It smells musty, the interior looks run down and disgusting. They are not even properly sanitizing the place, as it looks as though it hasn’t been cleaned since she opened. She’s lazy and is just looking to make a dollar. She is unprofessional and does not care how her clients feel or what they want. If you want to keep your hair, please avoid this place. There is a dirty, nasty couch right when you walk in that looks like she got it off the side of the road on bulk pick up. Not everyone should be able to own a salon. This hole in the wall “salon” is complete trash. I texted the “owner” Lily to see if she could cut my hair. Instead of letting me know she was not in, she decided to have her friend practice on me. I did not know this lady was going to literally cut off all of my hair. My hair is long, I explained IN DETAIL what I wanted. She did as she pleased. Positive: Quality, ValueGot my hair botox done here and it looks great! The owner handled my hair with care and took her time. I do wish she used some more heat, I had to iron my hair again the same day but I’ll be sure to let her know next time!Service: Hairstyling

Worse place I ever been to. Dont know how she keeps the place opened. I was the only person there and I can see why now. The place was dirty. And the owner does not know how to do nails at all she actually ruined my nails and I get my natural nails done.
