This place is a scam this lady she tries to oversell her services and products confuses the client and over charges and at the end she kept saying this a expensive area expensive office. She would tell you to stop every other skin care and buy her products . Make sure if you are there to get a exact price range other wise she will charge you hundred for nothing. I WISH I Had NEVER BEEN THERE , I can’t reply her reply but let me tell everyone that she gave me all the cystic acne it was only one and now my face is full of cystic pain full acne. And to be clear I never said OK to anything you kept doing your thing and gave me a bill . I was so upset that I just wanted to leave and now I have to deal with all these acne all over my face. And yes I was there last time she advertised hydra facial but does nothing close to it. You went to school for you school you should know the difference between hydra facial and scamming

I had an incredibly uncomfortable experience. Within the first 2 minutes I was there I was asked my weight because she didn’t want to damage her bed. If this was the case there are multitude of ways she could have handled it rather than making me embarrassed, upset, uncomfortable and fat shamed. I paid for an hour facial with an additional treatment, which I didn’t get at all. I was done in under an hour with no extra treatment. A majority of the facial was me sitting there under bright ceiling lights for at least 10-15 minutes while she did nothing else except sit somewhere else. Seeing other comments in Groupon she’s made other customers uncomfortable due to weight related issues. Will never ever be going back.
