I have been a customer of Lily Day Spa for a few years. I can say that after trying a variety of salons in Morris County, their work is second to none. My lashes are full, salon is clean and the staff has been warm and inviting from day 1. If you follow their instructions, of not getting them wet for 48 hours, then little to no issues should arise. For the few times I did have an issue with my reaction to a glue, they went above and beyond to fix my issue. Lily and her staff are hardworking and accommodating. I would hesitate walking into another salon to have another individual attempt to work on my lashes.

I feel compelled to write this. I’ve always had beautiful lashes of my own. People would ask me what mascara I was wearing and I never wear mascara. I was in a wedding in June and was looking for a little oomph. A neighbor had her lashes done at Lily Day spa and they looked awesome. I went for an appt with Kathy who was very nice. I asked her several times during the appt if the eyelash extensions would damage my own lashes and she assured me they would not. My lashes looked amazing and I received tons of compliments on them. I loved waking up and not needing makeup because my eyes looked so amazing. So amazing, that I kept them up all summer long. I had them filled again in July and once in August. At each appt I would again ask Kathy if this was damaging my own lashes and each time she assured me not at all. At the end of the summer I wanted to give it a rest because I was worried about what the glue was doing to my own lashes. It is now the end of November and I still have a good amount of extensions on…3 months later! However, my own lashes have broken off and are pretty much nonexistent at this point after just 3 months of extensions. I’m writing this to warn others if you care about your lashes at all, then do not do it. It’s not worth it and it most certainly WILL damage to your lashes despite what they say.

They do a good but not great job. My expectation is each lash is glued to only one of my natural lashes and for the extensions to not be stuck together. I get volume lashes and the same principal applies I expect each fan to only be stuck to one lash and not each other. This is not always the case here frequently when I loose lashes I end up loosing an 2-3 not 1 because they are all stuck together. I took a photo to show the 3 natural lashes and the 3 extensions all stuck together that just fell out.
