I really don’t believe the manicurist had been trained. She cut my finger nails shorter than I have ever seen, shorter than a man’s nails and was so tough filing that it hurt. I had to tell her twice to ease up and she was holding my hand way too tight. I shall not return. Pedicure, Manicure

Critical: ValueI loved Lily nails, both Su and Lily. The pandemic has been hard on everyone, but they are charging MORE than their published prices for service. When I pointed out that their own service menu included a price less than what they were charging me > they still insisted I pay a price that was 30% higher than their own published prices. They said “oh those prices mean “starting at” but yours is more – what??? And this is how they treat a customer who has been coming for years and brings new customers to them? I loved Lily nails, both Su and Lily. The pandemic has been hard on everyone, but they are charging MORE than their published prices for service. When I pointed out that their own service menu included a price less than what they were charging me > they still insisted I pay a price that was 30% higher than their own published prices. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityLilly’s is my favorite place to get my nails done. I get dipped and gel pedicure and I’m always so happy with how well they’re done. I am rough with my nails and they always stay perfect. The team at Lilly’s makes you feel so welcomed and like family. They’re very clean and have a great atmosphere. I paid $90 for French tip which is way more expensive than what I normally paid. The French tip wasn’t centered nor were the gems. I also got an infection from unsanitary toools. Would not recommend for acrylics but a basic mani pedi yes. Acrylic nails, Pedicure, Manicure

This is my all time favorite nail salon! They consistently do a flawless job, have a large array of colors and treatments, and are super clean and organized. It’s always a seamless experience. I’ve found that my nails grow out evenly and the polish generally lasts longer when compared to mani/pedis from other salons. I’ve been a regular for over 7 years and I will keep coming back!

Always an available nail tech. Great manicure and pedicure. The techs listen to what you want (designs, simple, colors, crazy pattern) Su (owner) and her daughter are so welcoming and personable. But you pay for the quality. They bare expensive according to the area standards. And to remove gel and just do regular polish, they charge $10 more! I don’t go here if that’s the scenario. Otherwise, clean facility, nice people, and quality work.

I had gel remover which was $10 and I asked them to cut my nails and she refused so I said I’ll cut them at home and she finally cut them because I like them short. Manicure has chipped after less than 48 hours.
