Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismTo be fair, the massage itself is not bad. The problem is how they charge you. When I try to paid card, was told there would be tax. So 60 an hour with 7 fees. Its fine. But its strange the lady told me to pay first and not to pay tip, but pay it later when its over.When the massage its over, she asked me how much for tip. I said 14. She looked at me and said with a firm no. For 60 its 15+3 service fee. For a good massage I pay 20, but this was not.I want to say its language barrier. This was the worst massage ever. It hurt really bad. Was cut 10 minutes short and forced into a 10 dollar tip. Horrible. I called to express my feelings an they have no clue what im even saying. My back is bruised an hurts way worse than before i went. Worst experience of my life.
