If I could give a zero I would. This was my first time here. The lady that did my nails seemed buzzed or something she would not sit still and was so slap happy that cuticle trimmer, I felt like I was being skinned. She would pinch me and I’d saw “ow” and pull away, she literally squeezed my finger and when she saw it wasnt bleeding, she rolled her eyes. When polish would gat on my skin she would scrape it with her nail instead of dipping a brush in some acetone and cleaning it up. When the torture was finally over she drowned me in cuticle oil.

WORST Service Ever !!! Rudest Staff !! waited about an hour to get a pedi, mani and shellac. With the Biggest attitude, worker did the worst job on my nails. They pealed a couple days later. Left polish all over my hands and when asked her to remove them she snapped. Do NOT Go There !! Manicure, Pedicure

While I did find this place to be very clean (they opened new tools and sponges in front of you) I was somewhat disappointed in the unprofessionalism and the way my nails turned out. I had a full set done, and it was sloppy and sharp around the edges, it molded to the curve of my fingertip and I had to touch it up when I got home. While I was there a long time, it seemed like I was being rushed through and there wasn’t much attention to detail. The nail tech kept stopping the service to talk on the phone and this happened multiple times.

Today I came in for a fill in. I waited an hour and a half. They rushed my fill in and did not buff my nails before putting polish over the acrylic. I expressed that my nails felt rushed and I did not like them. I also expressed that I wasn’t trying to be rude but just expressing that I don’t want to pay for bad service. They gave me an ultimatum: either I deal with the nails or they take the nails off and I leave. Poor service and I wouldn’t recommend.

I’ll never come to this salon again!! The guy that was doing my nails was very rude and rushing. I asked before he shaped my nails if he knew how to do coffin shape they didn’t look like it at all. When I was finally seated she started doing my nails and before even removing my old shellac she moved me to another chair for someone else to do them. I waited for her specifically, if she couldn’t do them she should have said so. Don’t come here this place is horrible!!! I usually don’t go to the place because the old miserable lady that owns this place is extremely rude and unprofessional. She will bark at kids, will try to boss you around and if you don’t like it she will talk about you in Vietnamese. It took everything in me, and all praise goes to God, that God gave me the patience not to act out on this old hag. They were extremely slow and I was in there for a while and told them I have to pick my kids up can I just pay for this? So they start bickering in Vietnamese and tell me $40. I told him this is without color? He said yes usually they charge $60. That’s bull! So I said no problem gave them their 40 but I will never go back to this place. the old miserable lady was still barking up a storm while munching on her food. Her food was flying out of her mouth while she went on in her language. All I could do is smile in her face. These people are so unprofessional…
