I have been going to Lilly Nails for at least 8 months. Lucy is a very friendly, polite, professional busines woman. She always adds her personal touch even if it’s just a smile or a brief conversation with you. Emily has ALWAYS done my pedicures and nails. She is very meticulous and takes pride in her work. —AND gives the best leg and foot massage ever! I have leg pain along with neuropathy. After one of Emily’s massages, my legs feel great for 2 days. If you live with fibromyalgia then you know 48 hours without a lot of pain is an enormous relief!! If you love the small, friendly personal touch, Lilly Nails is the place to go!

So, I went to Lilly’s for the first time because it was a Sunday and I forgot to make an appointment at my regular nail salon. When I first came in I was greeted and asked what I wanted and I said gel full set. I initially had a guy then the owner I believe decided to do my nails but it was gel dip powder I then proceeded to tell her I want acrylic full set she’s like okay and keeps going. My nails are horrible and uneven shape is not almond but round. I had to come back into the shop just so she could reshape them. She then tried to charge me $65. I asked her for what and she said for taking off my old nails then she changed the price to $55. Mind you my nails usually cost me $40 I understand a $5-7 take off fee but not $65. I just paid and left. Won’t be going back just simply because I feel like she was trying to make a sale verses a client. Also, we were conversing well in the beginning and then she started to say slick side comments about me wanting to cut down my natural nails.

Critical: ProfessionalismThis place used to be an amazing place to get nails done, however, the new owners are not professional. They kept pressuring me and my friend to get a pedicure or our eyebrows done, even after we said no multiple times. When it came time to tip, the lady faced the machine toward me and was staring at me until I chose “wow” or 15% tip. She then says “oh only wow, okay”. It was just not a very relaxing or pleasant experience as I felt I was in a sales pitch the entire time. I was also basically pressured into writing a review (she asked me like 4 times and personally went on google to make sure I wrote one).
