Lilly Nail (formerly Angel Nails in the Windsor Bay shopping plaza) offers great service. The staff are attentive, take pride in their work and make recommendations but also respect the client’s vision. My gel mani lasted a long time and my pedi was perfect. Today I selected a dip nail and am happy with the results. Under new ownership, the owner is in the process of making some overdue updates to the space including new pedi-chairs with iridescent tubs – love them! I’ve been told a soon to be installed waterfall feature near the front door will help welcome customers to the relaxing experience. I look forward to continuing to have my nails done here and watching the space take shape!

Prices got jacked up with new owners. Super pushy on upgrading everything now. Deluxe, add massage, nails. Basic pedi is $40 now. Will stick with my other salon. Just a bummer because I can walk here.

Communicate with your clients.Don’t just yell hi from the back of the salon.Let the client know if you’re running on time and if they will have to wait very long.Clients Look forward to this hour or so Of luxury.I do not need to have a conversation while my nails are being done Unless we both are enjoying it. Let’s just be kind to each other so we can both enjoy the experience. I will go back there because they did a great job on my nails but please don’t ask me to shout back at you when you are at the back of the salon.

I love this place! My daughters, friends, family we all go here for nails, pedicures, manicures for over 10 years now. They keep their appointment times and try to do walk-ins too around those. They are in high demand so appointments are their priority and definitely encouraged! They offer high quality, friendly service every time! When my sister in law out of state wants to get nails done together, I go along for the company but I wait to get my nails done here at home because the quality is just not the same.

This salon is a bit of a hike for me to get to (I live in Grove City), but I make the drive because my experiences here are constantly well-rewarded! The ladies there are very sweet, and my acrylic nails always come out looking perfect. I get tons of compliments on them wherever I go, and they’re why I’ve become a loyal customer here. Plus, getting to hear stories about Vietnamese food (this salon’s owner & staff are Vietnamese) while I’m getting my nails done is awesome 🙂

The nail techs are absolutely horrible. Went to get a fill for my nails and he messed my original nails up, got acrylic all over my skin, and then when I asked him to fix the nails that he messed up he said my nails grew like that. She got frustrated and told my mom and I to leave. I will never go there again.
