Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityLilly May is a life saver. I am full of knots, aches, lower back pain, shoulder pain etc. I have been to physical therapy, received massages in other places and absolutely nothing compares! I had a pain in my shoulder for about 2 months that disappeared after my first massage with her. I can’t wait to let her magic hands do their work again. She is professional but casual, knowledgeable but easy going. She makes the experience feel so comfortable. The studio is clean and relaxing and scheduling with her online is a plus! Lilly May is a life saver. I am full of knots, aches, lower back pain, shoulder pain etc. I have been to physical therapy, received massages in other places and absolutely nothing compares! I had a pain in my shoulder for about 2 months that disappeared after my first massage with her. I can’t wait to let her magic hands do their work again. Amazing experience! My words in this review cannot communicate enough how amazing Lilly May is. She sat with me to discuss the back pain I was going thru and to share her thoughts of what she think might be able to do to help. The deep tissue massage was wonderful, very relaxing, and she communicates very well throughout to make sure it is not hurting. The hot stones add-on was superb as well, definitely recommend!

This is the first time someone has taken out all my knots without any pain at all! Lilly is super attentive and makes sure you are fully relaxed and comfortable. I’ve been suffering for months and despite stretching and doing yoga, the pain wouldn’t subside. She educated me on the do’s and don’ts for treating muscle pain and did an amazing job during my session. She also explained the benefits of cupping and other services she offers. Lilly May helped me tremendously with my lower back pain. I’ve been suffering for months and despite stretching and doing yoga, the pain wouldn’t subside. She educated me on the do’s and don’ts for treating muscle pain and did an amazing job during my session. She also explained the benefits of cupping and other services she offers. Because of COVID-19, I’m particular about safety measures and Lilly takes extra precautions to maintain a sterile environment. Your temperature is immediately taken when you enter, there’s a hand sanitizer station, mandatory face masks for entry, and only one client is allowed at a time. I booked the reset scalp massage and since it was my first time she kindly included a mini facial, using the Gua Sha technique, and WOW was it relaxing! Lilly applied the perfect amount of pressure to my problem areas and managed to get the knots out while still making it a gentle and relaxing experience. It’s the BEST massage treatment I have ever had and definitely plan on returning regularly!So happy I found Lilly!
