First off this place is amazing. Very knowledgeable and caring staff. The place is clean as well. I had a thermal facial and my jowl lines were way less noticeable after one session (my struggle area). I purchased the advanced collagen mask, the thermal mask, the age defying cream and the diamond age defying diamond eye serum along with the Perfectio X LED face machine. LOVE all my products! Highly recommend this place.

I am very dissatisfied with Lily Beauty Medical Spa. I just finished 4 months of treatment for skin tightening and so no results as I was expecting from the initial meeting. They are very inconsistent. Canceled on me 4 times after telling me initially how important it was to make every appointment. I never canceled they did. The staff is constantly changing. No consistency with technician. After having been Canceled so many times I called the owner to ask what are you going to do for me. He was not concerned at all about helping me or making ammends. He did give me the 4 classes they Canceled but nothing more. No I’m sorry He responded to me machines break sometimes. So I would not recommend this business. Don’t waste your time and money. There are to many other places to go.
