When I first went to Nilam I was very insecure about my hyperpigmentation, I expressed that to her and she was very understanding and sweet. Not once did she make me feel ashamed or embarrassed. Every time I have a session with Nilam I get a little more confident with my skin. She is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what my skin needs every time i see her, and changes the treatment depending on how my skin is doing. I was always skeptical about seeing an esthetician because I have heard horror stories of black girls getting their skin ruined. I never have to worry about that with Nilam because she knows how to treat darker skin and I trust her 100%.
