Showed up with a Groupon they advertised, had the appointment scheduled and was ready to relax. My fiancé set this up for me as a birthday gift. But when I get there I’m getting berated at the front office by someone who doesn’t speak English, passing me off to her personal cell phone to talk to someone who also speaks very little English in an attempt to tell me why they don’t honor Groupons on the weekend (I think?) even though we spoke to this person only days ago over email where she said she would on Sunday. I’ll attach the pictures of the correspondence later. If they don’t do Groupons on the weekend at all it needs to be on the groupon, and they need to be clear about it when asked. In 5 minutes I went from excited, to heated and tense. Not a good start to a massage so we just left without a word. Not that it would’ve mattered she wouldn’t have known what I said. We just ran over to massage envy. Much better service.

The service is very good. The rooms are spacious and comfortably lit. There is a nice sauna, with space for more than one. The staff is experienced and friendly. The location is safe and the parking is in front, not remote. It’s a great experience. I was impressed with the front waiting area, but the rest is impressive to see.

Second time visiting and had another amazing massage. Sissy really knows what she is doing and can really identify trouble areas. I went due to a pain in my back and shoulder that I couldn’t stand any more and without telling her she discovered it and sorted it completely out. As other reviews state, she implements stretching with the massage that has an amazing effect. She really takes her time on the whole body and makes sure that everything is right. I will be going back soon!

I will say that Sisi does give a good massage. However, every time I go in there the price is different. Today I went in and the masseuse waiting for me did not speak English and Sisi was not there. So after some confusing conversation through phone translation I found out that the price had gone up again and they wanted me to pay before the massage. I have never been asked to pay before the massage and I have been to several massage places in my life. When I called to talk to Sisi about that she brashly said that’s her policy and basically get over it. This may be her policy but it is the first time it was ever enforced. It was a very bizarre situation and she handled it very poorly. Most of the other negative reviews on here are about her poor customer service as well. And looking at the other bad reviews I am sure she will have a rude response to this one posted soon. It’s too bad she is running her business poorly and has very little tact, because she does give a pretty good massage. But this is Colleyville and there are at least 10 different massages places within a couple of miles that do just as good of a job.

Had a horrible experience here, bought the 70 min massage with sauna therapy session on groupon. After the massage, I inquired about the sauna, and was refused this because they wanted to up sell additional sauna time despite it to be included. It would of been fine had we been able to talk a normal conversation, however, the manager yelled at me in front of other patrons when I asked why was the sauna not included, and not once did we raise our voice back or even attempt to argue. Not very good service. They don’t take these reviews seriously as they claim, because if they did, they wouldn’t treat people this way. Good luck with your business.

My mom got my wife and I a couples hot rock massage here and it was fantastic. Felt like as close to an authentic Chinese massage as one can find in the states. I had no idea my body could stretch in those ways! Feeling quite rejuvenated now. We would highly suggest!
