They have great craftsmanship ship and are very careful and clean. They do an excellent job and it shows in their work. They always give friendly advice that will save your nails from damage. I booked an appointment for gel removal only. Then, I received a call from the studio informing me that I cannot book “only gel removal.” This is absurd and I’ve never been to a studio that didn’t do this service. I would have been a loyal customer (and I get my nails done bi-weekly), but you lost a customer today by being cheap. Smart business owners understand that doing the smaller, seemingly insignificant things for customers is what brings in long-term, more expensive business. Your loss.

Horrible experience. I went there to do french manicure. That lady even didn’t clean my previous manicure properly, she just put new one on that and now it’s barely cover it. Than she charged me $85, but on their price list it’s $55 for 1:30 hour. Not professional. Manicure
