I have been to Lily’s when it first opened and the service was great ! I went today 08/23/22, was the only customer in the salon, my pedicure was rushed and nails barely clipped had to ask to have my ingrown taken out, fet halfway done. Man was rude when I asked to see manicure menu, was rudly told they were all the same even though I was just looking to pay more for relaxation. I wanted toes & hands to match, man basically refused to just use regular polish instead of gel. Was still charged the extra $20 for the gel on my hands even though it was not even the color I wanted. Man seemed like it just was not a good day but because of the feeling I was being a bother for wanting to pay more for a relaxing time getting my feet & hands done I will not he returning unfortunately.

Critical: QualityWent looking for a new and better salon and this place is nothis place is NOT it! My nails were not checked for length accuracy and they were not properly shaped before applying acrylic. The set applied is extremely are THICK, uneven, whole nail is NOT covered properly with either powder or acrylic, not shaped, sharp, feathering at the edges, and just plain UGLY. I mentioned the poor quality of the acrylic powder and the tech went over it with gel polish which didn’t do anything but hide the poor powder. I also mentioned the shape and how square they were.She only checked the length of 2 nails properly and then filed them in a attempt to try to get the correct shape. the techs were RUDE. my nails were chipped and cracked by the time i walked out the door. they were so thin and not the color i chose. they kept pulling my hands and being rough. i will never go back. don’t recommend to anyone. they over price EVERYTHING. Manicure

I went yesterday to get a simple manicure. There was a man who made great conversation and offered to get me a drink with great service. After I waited 15 minutes for my turn, which I had no problem doing, a lady preceded to do my nails. Her application was simply terrible. She was up and done in about 25 minutes. I came in late around closing time and it felt Iike she was just trying to hurry and go home. She cut the nails way too short and the acrylics are bumpy. I asked for a simple light pink acrylic with a glitter top coat. Today, I feel like the nails are only going to last a couple days because of the poor application. After she had finished, she told me to pay $50 for her work. This set was not even worth $30. I didn’t say anything, payed, and left. I understand that there are great views about this place and I bet they are amazing, it’s just my experience wasn’t all that good. This was my first time going here and it was quite disappointing.

This place is amazing, the service is wonderful! My nails and pedicure always come out the way I like! They have so many color options, so much to choose from. I love the way they do the designs. I love the way it’s always so clean here. The staff are always so kind! I highly recommend this place.
