Don’t get French tip for long nails done here!!!! They don’t use a nude color first and paint all over the tips they glue on. You can’t get a nice thin tip which defeats the purpose. I took my mom here for Mother’s Day and they put the white from her French tip WAY too low – almost the entire nail! It’s so disappointing. And for me, a couple of my nails were crooked, weren’t the same length/shape, and the lines weren’t cleaned up nicely. I’ll have to fix them up myself. Also, the topcoat they used for me burned when curing! I’ve never had that before and it really hurt. Sadly, I won’t be coming back. Only come here if you want a rushed job for a simple color.

Very unhappy with their service, I got my acrylic nails done 2 months ago and the shape was really bad and he said he’ll fix when I got another one, so I returned and they’re already lifting after 6 days, so I went in and he didn’t even sanitize he just grabbed my hand and put super glue to “repair” a 75 dollar set. Truly Unhappy and do not recommend.

I’ve been here 4 times now and have always left happy with my nails. My mom loves Kevin, he takes his time and pays attention to detail. After neglecting my nails for over 6 months due to bad experiences at other salons I’m happy to go somewhere that consistently does a good job.

Serious waste of money. Got a mani pedi with my mom and neither of us were satisfied. The lady used an old pumice stone on my mom but said it was sterilized.. i dont know how u can clean a pumice stone and get dead skin out of it but ok. The older lady that did my nails was so lazy and crabby and understood no English. i have natural nails so its not rocket science.. i literally could have done a better job at home and 100 bucks for the both of us later wishing i did. My cuticles are all choppy.. nail polished pooled in sided of nails and on skin so i know its going to chip right away.. she used the toughest grit on my natural finger nails had to ask her not to do and got the most disgusted look… which happened more than once during the visit. i normally do my own nails and have been going since i was a kid with my mom so i know whats done during a mani pedi.. she hacked up my toes too.. no thanks.

I have gotten no chips for years now, and I like to explore new places, especially a place closer to home. This place was nice, although a little empty. It felt like they were still trying to move in. Kinda awkward cause you have no place to look. My no chip was cracked before I had left the place, but due to their lack of staff, I didn’t want to bring it up right when they are closing.

I went to Lily’s about 5:30 in the evening not realizing they close at 6. I show the lady the nail art that I would like to have done all my nails and she said that she could do it. I didn’t realize I was going to be having my nails painted while I was on a massage chair getting a pedicure done very unrelaxing. A week and a 1/2 later 1 of my nails have already popped off by week 2, 2 more had popped off I’ve never had this happen before when getting my nails done. If she didn’t have the time to do it then she’d should have just told me that. I was very disappointed with the service not to mention I paid $75 to have my nails popping off not even 2 weeks and I will never go there again
