i went there yesterday and i have to say they don’t listen to a single word you say. they did horrible dip nails on me that i can literally see through and then tried to still sell them to me by saying the look like “pretty marble” thats not what i wanted. it’s not even the shape i asked for. then the nail tech always pressures me to get a design i don’t want every time i go. on top of that they’re way overpriced. least to say i am extremely displeased and i will not be using their services again.

Had 3 appointments…took over an hour to get 2 of them in and another 45 mins to for the 3rd which they took 2 people ahead of me. I had my toes and nails done here just 5 days ago. It was $95 dollars before tip for everything. My nails started popping off 5 days after getting them done. It was a total waste of money and time.

If this is a repeat, oh well! Lili’s Nails is a great salon. Yes, I’m a guy and yes, I get manicures and pedicures. Anna is my very favorite nail specialist. She has been my manicurist for some time now. She is very friendly and importantly does a great job. I can give Lili’s enough praise. I highly recommend this salon.

Today my daughter had a 1:00 appointment. We get there at 12:55. They were busy so we waited. At 1:26 a lady walks in and states she has an appointment 1:30 and she has to soak her feet if she has to wait she is leaving. The techs talk among themselves and less than 10 minutes there is a technician ready for her. Although we had an appointment and we had been waiting no explanation or anything. She received preferential privileges. We left. Not sure how I feel right now.
