Great family nail place. I usually got powder dips in Boston before we moved to the Hudson Valley – Lili’s is cheaper by about $20 and they last FAR longer. They literally do not come off. I used to go back in when 1-2 nails popped off, but it’s never happened with Lili’s. If you try to peel them, it takes half of your nail with it, it’s bonded so closely (don’t do that).

I got a full set less than a week ago when i left, I had to refile all of my nails none were straight. Then one of the nails broke. I came as soon as they opened and I was told they are too busy to take me yet nobody was here. Then told me to come later. I called at 3 and told me they still cant fix my one nail. After I explained again it’s one nail that needs to be fixed she finally said i could come at 4. They fixed my nail i had to refile again and the nail is significantly shorter than the rest.

Overpriced for what you get. No massage, lotion, or cuticle care… $19 “manicure” that’s basically just a polish. File, buff and paint. Not really worth the cost, in my opinion!

I called and explained that I had polygel on my nails and wanted it removed. I asked if they were able to remove polygel, the person I spoke with said yes and that I could come in at 10. I get there, the women starts to file my pinky nail. But stopped after 2 seconds of doing that, and refused to remove the polygel from my nails. She claimed she couldn’t do it, and just keep Rudely saying she wasn’t gonna do it and it was gonna take too long. If she wasn’t able to do it, that could of been said when I called. So I left and ended up going down the road to the nail salon across from the fair grounds. They were able to file the polygel off completely within 30 minutes.
