I have been going to this place for about a year and have had nothing but an excellent experience. This was the first time I started getting lashes, and during my first appointment, they took the time to explain differences between lashes. They are always careful with masks and always gentle during the lash removal/attachment. Easy to book appointments and always accommodating with my work schedule as well. There was one time where I felt my lashes didn’t look as full as usual. I brought it up to one of the lash tech and they fixed it right away. They are super professional and always welcoming. I went over my 3 week refill as I misunderstood the timeframe but they still accommodated by charging as 3 week refill and explaining the time frame. Lovely place and would continue to go here if I wasn’t moving!

I’ve been coming here for about 3 months already, I love how accomadating they are here. The space is always clean and there is plenty of parking which is always important. Yuki does my lashes and I get a lot of compliments when I leave with a full set of lashes. The prices are great and they do special prices for new customers. Definitely give this place a try!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWorst place ever. One day after i got my lashes done here i got a terrible allergic reaction! Mind you, ive been getting my lashes done for over a year and this has never happened. Anyways, i went back 3 days later because it was labor day and they were closed to take these off and they REFUSED to do it for free and tried to charge me after i spent over close to $100 for these lashes. Btw i got a $40 groupon and they spent $25 mins trying to force me to spend more money on more expensive lashes. I told them ok because i have sensitive eyes i tried to silk lashes but nope! Hours after i left my eyes got itchy but i didnt think of it bc thats normal but the next day i woke up with two huge styes on both eyes and they got worse day by day. Finally I go in, the guy agrees to take them off after over an hour of screaming at me and cursing me out saying its been over two days and I had to come in earlier to get it off for free..I was shocked at how rude these people are!
