Loved my Mother’s Day package (facial, massage and pedi). Only reason they didn’t get a 5 star was because I filled out the questionnaire before hand and specially said I was 30 weeks pregnant. The masseuse seemed annoyed I didn’t let the front desk know when I checked in because she was prepped for a prenatal massage. What’s the point of the form if they don’t read it?

My sister and I got gift certificates for Christmas to have a girls spa day. We booked our day on the weekend of Valentine’s. My sister woke up the morning of our appointments, sick with Covid symptoms. We called to reschedule and when we did we were told both of us would lose half of our gift certificates. I understand that the massage therapist would lose money by us cancelling but it was either that or have a sick person on your table.They said I should still come to my appointment but I explained to the girl that we wanted a spa day together. Well we finally rescheduled and went to our appointments. Now that half of our gift certificates were taken, we could only book a facial and a massage. Upon checking out, we both had to pay $36 more! So they ended up getting around $322 for two light (30 mins) facials and two light (30 mins) massages. Our original gift certificates that were purchased at $125 were for three 30 min sessions.We will be going elsewhere next time and I want to warn everyone, don’t book an appointment and then get covid because you will lose your money and then end up having to pay more. I will be warning my friends also.

My husband bought me a package for Christmas, it was a 90 min. massage, hour facial, hour manicure and an hour pedicure, with lunch! Yum! Over all it was a wonderful day of pampering. However I do have two complaints. 1. I was told to go to the bath room and find my locker and change into my robe. That was fine, I found my locker I changed then I to the waiting area. I was the only one in a robe with mixed company (the robe was 10 sizes too big) I felt very uncomfortable and I do wish they had different waiting areas. 2. At the end of everything I was feeling great and relaxed, I went to the front desk to check out and I gave her my certificate. I was expecting a little bit of a charge as I wanted french tip on my toes. I Did not expect her to tell me I owed almost a $100! I aaked her how is that possible I booked exactly what was on my gift cert, with only change my toes??? She tried to explain that someone booked the wrong package for me. I was very upset as I told them what package I had and they even looked it up as a booked it over the phone. Eventually she pulls out a book and looked up my package and said oh yes sorry you only owe for the french tip. So in the end everything was fine, I just wish that little part never happened I felt so awkward discussing that with her.

My husband surprised me with a massage and pedicure for my birthday yesterday. The pedicure was very relaxing. I was asked to come in 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork for the massage. While doing so, I checked sll appropriate boxes for a SWEDISH RELAXING massage. I reiterated that point with my masseuse and told her relaxing ONLY. She proceeded to give me the most painful deep tissue massage. I was sore in the afternoon but today hurting. Wish that the customer’s wishes could have been met.

I am absolutely in love with my experience with Kathryn!!! I was so neevone about having a person do my spray tan, but she was so sweet and made me feel comfortable and relaxed! I’m super pleased with how my tan turned out and really can’t wait to get married now!!! I’ll definitely recommend her and be back!!!!
