The service here used to be great but they have gone downhill. They fail to promise and book appointments for you so even though you call ahead of time and book an appointment they don’t write it down and keep that appointment booked for you. Walked into my appointed time only for me and 3 others, (hence why I called ahead of time to book an appointment..) for them to tell me they don’t have room. Big inconvenience for me, so that will be the last time I walk into this establishment, immediately booked another appointment with their competitors who actually send you a confirmation link unlike Lili Nails

Ive gotten my nails done here at Lili Nails & Spa for nearly a year now and I can honestly tell you I do not plan to get my nails done anywhere else until going here is no longer an option for me. Lisa is wonderful, and has helped me maintain my nails for months. She does an AMAZING job on my nails literally every single time I go. Ive also gotten a few pedicures done here, and it was so nice, they spend time massaging your legs and feet, and offer additional services to enhance your pedicure experience, which I HIGHLY recommend. I also get my waxing done when I go, and im always left very satisfied with the way it turns out. I would recommend this nail salon a million and one times over again.
