Edit: i called to speak with the owner so “they could make it right” got the run around game and was told to call back the next day. When I called back there was no answer and nothing was done to make the situation right. The lady who answered the phone said she was the owner but then told me the owner would be in tomorrow and to call back.

He explained in detail why my previous acrylic job (done at another salon) was in such terrible shape. Turns out it was placed OVER my cuticles, lifting the nail as it grew out. I just came back from a walk-in pedicure today, and loved the entire experience! Lili and another technician tag-teamed my pedicure and they were awesome. 0/0 would not recommend. I went in to get a new acrylic set. They had me wait soaking my fingers in the acetone for almost 2 hours. After a while I couldn’t feel the tips of my fingers. Then they wanted me to keep them in acetone for longer. Until I told them no. To say the least I will not be returning. Just left with my nails looking like this.

This was a while ago, but I wanted to share my experience. I’ve been here twice, and the first time I came, the price was reasonable, but I couldn’t remember why I didn’t want to return. I went back another time to give it another chance. I walked in and asked for a regular manicure. The owner started making a scene because she wanted me to get other work done. I insisted on getting my manicure. After I got my manicure done, the owner started haggling me to get my eyebrows done, but I politely declined. I have never felt more embarrassed because I wouldn’t pay more money to get other work done, which I insisted and politely declined several times. Very unprofessional, and I hope the owner respects people’s wishes instead of pushing her agenda.

My MIL and I came in for pedicures during a slower week so we were seen right away and Helen helped my MIL find the right color that she was looking for before we got started. LiLi took care of my MIL and her feet and toes look fantastic. LiLi even helped my MIL from the chair to her walker and to the drying station which was above and beyond service. Helen did an awesome job on my feet and let me tell you, the the hot stone massage is sooooooo soothing. I requested dragonfly nail art and Helen *nailed* it.

Amazing job with my nails everytime, this last time I broke a tip and they fixed it perfectly for me at no cost. I love the atmosphere and the friendly staff are great. My daughter and I will not go anywhere else for our nails. Absolutely love this place!!! Acrylic nails

I usually have no complaints with this place. But there is a new pregnant lady who was very rude when I was there last. I asked her about the student discount and she said “we aren’t doing that anymore” even though it is on their website. I said “it’s still on your website” and she proceeds to tell me “well it’s for highschool and under kids”. Seems kinda sus…then they also charge a 3 dollar fee if you use credit card because they don’t want to pay their taxes and would rather have you pay in cash. Keep in mind they never did this before. I’ve also been cut here multiple times by different technicians.
