Critical: Quality, ValueThe pictures posted were taken only 5 days after getting this brand new full set. I never post reviews, but after this experience it felt necessary. I called to see if they could repair my nails and the man I spoke to gave me a very hard time, and even hung up on me twice. The man I spoke with wouldn’t prioritize my appointment and fit me in, despite the fact that I had just gotten my nails done and they were already lifting and breaking off. I told him that “I received bad service and that it’s only fair to at least make time for me” and he basically told me “if the service is bad, don’t come back”. Moral of the story is; once they get your money they don’t care about the client. Critical: ProfessionalismI went back here after my first experience because I enjoyed my gel manicure the first time. Today, I had asked for a couple different colors to be put on my nails, one of them was a glitter. She seemed aggravated that I asked for 3 different colors. When she was finished with the glitter, it was too opaque for my liking. I asked her if she had a different glitter that she could do one more coat with. She proceeded to raise her voice at me and say “ITS TOO MUCH, I ALREADY DID THREE COATS”. She added a different glitter like I asked, but I just don’t appreciate being spoken to that way. I went back here after my first experience because I enjoyed my gel manicure the first time. Today, I had asked for a couple different colors to be put on my nails, one of them was a glitter. She seemed aggravated that I asked for 3 different colors. When she was finished with the glitter, it was too opaque for my liking.
