This place was recommended by friend who spoke well of it. So how can you have a bad experience without actually experiencing what they are all about. I called early in the day to make an appointment for myself and I specifically asked “what is the latest time I can come to get my nails done before they close”. I was told twice, 630PM. I got there at 610PM and was turned away. As I entered the salon, the front desk staff was on her phone with no care in the world. I told her I made an appointment earlier that day and then she began to speak in her language with the other staff. She said I’m sorry we can’t take you regardless. If you want to go somewhere with good or even decent customer service, this is NOT the place for you!!!! Rude staff! Very disappointed!

I love it here! My family and I been going here for years! My go to nail tech is Jasmine she has done any nail Inspo I’ve asked and even when I don’t know what I want she always take care of me and does something I didn’t know I would end up loving! However, Tiffany and Bobby do amazing jobs as well! Prices are fair i usually get elaborate designs so even with that I believe the prices and professionalism are amazing compare to near by places. The shop is aesthetically beautiful as well!

My nail professional, Jasmine is the best! She always makes sure I am happy with her work. I am always taken care of and I understand the wait at times can be a little long but she’s great and has many customers. Everyone there is always friendly. 5 stars!

I requested acrylic nails candy canes patterns on two nails the rest white nails as soon as she put the acrylic on my nails were on FIRE! And on top of that they charged me $60 for such basic nails. They need a new couch it’s so dirty. The cleanliness is a 4/10. They are Way OVERPRICED!I rate this a one star because their nail tech don’t know how to properly do nails! I guess they read all the negative reviews and turned around the service, there was a very nice guy at the front and gave warm welcome to everyone. I had a groupon for haircut/style, i didn’t tell them before which was my fault but they took it without a hitched. the hair dresser was wonderful and the customer service was also great. Would definitely be going back!!!

The best place to go and do your nails. The girls r all very attentive always making you smile. Be prepared for the waiting time but trust me is going to be worth it. My #1 girl is Jazmin but Bobby is really good too! Overall you wont regret coming here, once you go here you wont want to go anywhere else! Best customer service!

Although they do provide good pedicure and manicure- they’re customer service is not up to par. You go into the salon and just stand there waiting for someone to ask what you would like. This is not the first time this has happened. I’ll be going to the salon next door that provides the same beauty care services and at least greets their customers and asks what they need

Pamela who did my pedicure service was great but this place is filthy. The nail stations were completely covered in acrylic powder, the floor look like it hasn’t been mopped and the pedicure chairs are all run down. In one word this place is boughetto
