By far the most beautiful, comfortable, accommodating, and just best nail salon I’ve ever been to. I don’t go anywhere else anymore. Everyone I bring with me loves it too, including my two little daughters, who had a blast and were so nicely treated by their incredibly sweet staff. The outdoor garden is a true oasis, and all of their products and non-toxic and last for a really long time. Highly recommended!

I’ve gone here a couple times and they are always so kind, consistent, and clean! My favorite is the Escape pedicure and manicure Because it comes with a massage. It’s my favorite place to go when I need to relax and have a self care day. They have a cute little cafe inside too, so you can have some wine and snacks while you get your nails done. Picture Of my nails 1 week after my appointment!

I’m picky when it comes to nail salons and I’d rather pay a premium if I know the salon is clean, attentive, and calming. This salon is exactly that — from the hot apple cider at the café to the amazing lotions used and the ambiance overall. I am impressed and I will be back. I’d highly recommend the escape pedicure!

I had been coming here regularly since 2020 and absolutely loved the outdoor garden pedicures. The pedicures are fantastic. Unfortunately, on a recent visit, I was in a minor bike accident on the way over, but one that still required that I take extra time to bandage and clean my cuts. I called right away (it was about 7 minutes before my appointment) and was told if I got there within 20 minutes, my outdoor appointment would be honored. I arrived about 15 minutes after my appointment time, and at first was asked to have the pedicure inside until we worked it out that I was actually within the grace period that they had indicated and so they sat me outside. After the technician painted my toes, not thinking anything of it, I stayed outside, as I always do, to dry for 10-15 minutes. The manager came outside and asked me to leave the seat, despite that I had never been told that this part of the pedicure would be cut short (and that I paid their extra cost for an outdoor pedicure). It was really embarrassing as I was trying to explain that I was told I my appointment wouldn’t be impacted if I was there within 20 minutes and that I had had a bike accident and was only trying to dry as is custom (I had never been late any other time I came here). It didn’t matter to her and so I left, very upset and disappointed. I wrote to the owner but I received the same response, that they have to honor their appointment times and would offer me a free beverage next time. While I understand that times are important, I also want to go somewhere that allows a little bit of leeway in their bookings for emergencies (which again, this was the only time I had ever been late there over two years). Again, their pedicures are fantastic and I am sad that I won’t be going back. No one will likely run into this same issue unless you have an emergency reason for being late but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Really nice and sweet. The whole staff is lovely and patient. The interior is neat and clean and feels like a cozy but posh salon. The hand massage at the end of my manicure was a great touch too. I am really happy with the way my nails turned out! With the right reference they do great nail art as well (I got a hibiscus design). Great experience all around. Brought my family with me and they enjoyed it too. I highly recommend.

STAY AWAY! I got a mani/pedi last Tuesday. It cost well over $80 with tips and the morning discount (would be over $100 without the AM discount). The manicurist cut me (see 2nd photo) and was about to cut me again and I yelped for help. She left my nails a mess (see 1st photo) even with a $6 tip. I asked the man who runs the place if someone could please clean the polish off of my skin (see above photo) and he said everyone was busy and commented “You’re not coming back right?” I asked if he could remove the polish from my skin and he said he’s not a licensed technician… to use nail polish remover. Disrespectful, greedy, and literally the worst possible job for double what other places charge.

I have been here twice now. I love it. Took my mom this time and we had a wonderful afternoon. Ordering delish drinks is a bonus and the outdoor garden is beautiful. It is a perfect middle ground if you want something nicer than the corner spot but not all out spa. I can’t wait to come back!

Took my mom who was visiting – we both got lush pedicures and the standard mani. The salon miraculously doesn’t smell like polish unlike many others we’ve been to, and it was extremely clean. Kelsey and Cristy were all-stars, we are two very happy customers 🙂 will be coming back.
