They did a great job with crochet braids. They don’t wash and blow dry prior to installation. So be sure to wash before you arrive. Braids

The person that braided my hair was doing video calls and talking loud. Then she started texting and would pull my hair when she was looking at the phone. I told her she was braiding to tight….but she kept braiding in the same manner. Bottom line is I had to take the braids down less then 24 hours later. I am not tender headed but my head was throbbing and the pain became unbearable (you could see the pulling of my scalp). I will NEVER go back to them.

I have no complaints. I’ve had my hair braided a few time at this shop and everyone has always been respectful. Your time here depends on the hairstyle you get. Know what you want before you go and have pictures. My styles have come out great each time. They’ve even changed the channel for me to a shoe I wanted while getting styled. No complaints from me.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to get crochet braids and the next day, the braids were slipping out and my hair braided underneath came apart. When I called, they told me it was nothing they could do because they do not fix crochet hair. Quality, customer service and resolutions do not work here. I went to get crochet braids and the next day, the braids were slipping out and my hair braided underneath came apart. When I called, they told me it was nothing they could do because they do not fix crochet hair. Quality, customer service and resolutions do not work here. Worst experience of my life! I had my hair up for a week & lost my edges. My scalp had sores & scabs all through out it. The hair that they are using must be cheaper than the normal because I had servere itching as well. Where the hair fell on my face …my face broke out. I had to take it down! I went up there & of course they did not honor their services. I wasn’t expecting them too either. But what pissed me off was she told me my hair was already like that. My hair was very healthy before I sat in their chair. But hey… What can I do. Africans been damaging our hair for years but we let them continue. They do not care about the health of your hair just how it looks. We need to wake up. No hairstyle should hurt for a whole week!

I’ve been going to Lili’s for the last 2 and a half years to get my single braids put in. I get the same thing every time and I’m happy with the results. When I first went I think it took them about 8-9 hours to finish, but most recently I went and it took them only about 5 and a half hours, which I was very happy about. I would highly recommend making an appointment first especially if you’re having a lot of hair braided. Also they take walk-ins and it’s first come first serve. The stylists do good work and they know what they’re doing but don’t expect any friendly chit-chat as they tend to only speak to one another in their native tongue (which I personally don’t have a problem with). My biggest issue is with the parking as the shop shares space with the Jiffy Lube next door and there’s only 3 or 4 spots available. If you’re trying to do a walk-in to get something done, I’d insist that you get there early within the first few hours after they open. Don’t assume that you’ll be in and our within an hour or so. If you’ve got other places to be, just set up an appointment beforehand and make sure you have a couple of hours free.
