Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWorst place. I’ve been coming here for 6 years and they were great. I honestly don’t know what happened . Went to get my eyebrows waxed & when I went to pay I gave them my card and said to add $3 tip , checked my back account later to find they have charged me $16?? Eyebrows are $5 and a $3 adds up to $8?? Came back to ask for a refund and Lila was not happy to help in a pleasant way. Asked why we wouldnt just leave it as a tip. I asked for my refund and left did not go for a few months because I felt uncomfortable with the situation. Came back 2 months ago and everything went well. Came back today and apparently they couldn’t accept my card for anything under $5? No one had told me , they were again upset I didn’t have cash. Sorry I don’t hold it with me next time tell your clients. The sign only says “Lilas salon no card TIP” not no card payments in general. Next time tell your customers. I will no longer be coming here. Super disappointing. If they would like to respond to my review that would be great I’d love to get an explanation.Service: Body waxingWorst place.
