Mind you, they weren’t busy so there was no excuse to forget about my appointment. They proceeded to say I needed to come back in an hour and were unable to take me on my appointment time. Much like the precious review, I showed up to my appointment time to find they had taken a walk-in in my place after forgetting they had my appointment scheduled. Mind you, they weren’t busy so there was no excuse to forget about my appointment. They proceeded to say I needed to come back in an hour and were unable to take me on my appointment time. Beware if you value your time and your schedule is tight for services.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismReply: no you did not text 45 minutes before my appointment. My original appointment was for 7:30 (I’ve posted my booking confirmation), the first text I got was at 7:17. That is not 45 minutes in advance! I have posted the text records (you claim to have) that prove this. In general it’s not wise to lie, but especially not when the customer can provide proof. And I was ‘offered’ just a few dollars off my service only after you cancelled my appointment the second time, however, I had to speak up and REQUEST this discount. It is entirely unprofessional that I had to request this at all considering I DROVE THERE TWICE to accommodate your schedule. A discount should have been offered at the first cancellation but it wasn’t. So after the SECOND cancellation, I asked for the 20% discount that your salon already offers on Yelp as ‘a few dollars off’ is not appropriate when you are at fault twice. My request was not unreasonable, you are.———————-This salon was a horrible experience. I booked an appointment and drove there a few minutes early out of courtesy. As I was parking they last minute texted me and told me they made a scheduling error and would not be able to do the 4 hands massage I booked. They suggested I come back two hours later when they would be able to do it, or to keep my original appointment and pick a different massage. I happily agreed to come back two hours later. Well…I show up early again and am rudely greeted at the front desk. I say I have an appointment and the desk person picks up a phone and walks away without saying anything to me. Someone else comes to the desk and tells me they AGAIN can’t do my massage because they made a second scheduling error. I tried to reschedule with them for a THIRD time but they refused to offer a discount considering I drove there twice and cancelled plans with friends to accommodate them.
