Love this place. My son is sensitive and only let’s V cut his hair – and I don’t mean just at this location, but V is the only one allowed to cut his hair period. The spot is cute, and V is quick. Theh have TVs at every station for the kids to watch during their cut and get a dumdum when they’re done. We if you pay cash you get a small discount.

My wife and I are not happy with the outcome of the haircut. We brought in our 7mth baby in and asked for bangs. The person that helped didn’t communicate well what she was doing and when she asked if we wanted the bangs below eyebrow level we asked for just above her eyebrows. She went almost an entire inch above the eyebrows and not just that they ended up crooked when we inspected them she said that once with water they would look even… unfortunately they dont.

She consults with me, along the way, to see if I’m happy with the cut. Mind you, it’s a quick trim most times, and all she does is wet the hair with a spray bottle, and trim off the ends. Even so, I’m happy, my 5 year old is happy, and it’s a good experience. I have had her do one short cut of my girl’s hair once, and it came out so cute. We were all really happy with the results. I drive from Daly City to bring my daughter to this place. The stylist is friendly, professional, and very sweet with my daughter. She consults with me, along the way, to see if I’m happy with the cut. Mind you, it’s a quick trim most times, and all she does is wet the hair with a spray bottle, and trim off the ends. I came here to have my hair dyed and the woman, I think she is the owner, dyed my hair and it was a disaster. She has no business offering this service. When I left her salon half of my forehead was black from the dye and both my ears. I told her this was unacceptable and she told me it would be gone in 2 days. 2 days!? I paid her for the service but it was not a service that deserved any compensation and I will never go back. If you are in a rush and need a haircut in 5 minutes or less, this is the place for you, but not for anything else!

Critical: QualityDo not take your child here if they have curling or wavy hair. My daughter has long curly hair that tangles at the ends. Stylist brushed hair out without wetting her hair and my daughter left in tears. Also brushing made her hair super frizzy. I had to ask for water to help get rid of frizz. Do not take your child here if they have curling or wavy hair. My daughter has long curly hair that tangles at the ends. We have been taking our kids here for about 3 years now and they are one of the best kid friendly salons around. Plenty of toys and a TV at each station to keep the kids entertained. The stylists are especially good at handling the hard parts of cutting children’s hair (parents know what I’m saying). We’ve been to several places, some geared towards children and others not but this is our favorite.

Since they re-opened during the pandemic their prices have gone up considerably and they quality of hair cuts has gone way down. They also didn’t enforce the new maximum capacity rules (no more than 4 people in the store). We recently had 2 boys haircuts and 1 dad cut and they’re awful cuts. After waiting 25mins we were told he can’t see us and come another time. He got us to wait for no reason, if he told us we missed our appointment when I walked in that would have been reasonable.
