Seriously had to walk out with my nails half done, a little shaken and in disbelief. I’ve been going here for over a year. Never had any issues until last week. I had to come back and get my nails fixed as they broke and chipped within a few days after getting them done. The nail technician accuse me of breaking them myself to get free nails. She was so stuck on saying “in her seven years of experience she’s never had anyone complain about her nails” and folded her hands in-front of me, as I sat at her booth to get them fixed. I tried to tell her I think they need one more layer of dip powder as I think they were to thin. She said “don’t tell me what is wrong with your nails, I’ll tell you as I did them.” So I asked okay, sure, I get that. So why are the breaking? She then accused me again of doing something to them. Ugh why would I want to waist my time. I’ve been coming here for cover a year and have had issues a few times, but just lay it slide and never complain, I’m not going to sit here and be treated like this. I left and went to Alura Nails in Edina (they have been great so far)

Wow! This place is nice, staff is professional they welcomed me with open arms, it was very clean, customers were happy. If you’re thirsty they have complimentary drinks Coca-Cola bottled water, if you’re hungry they have available snacks cookies crackers pretzels candy bars.

My daughter made pedicure appointments online for us at 11:00 on 10/23/22. We were at the salon before 11:00. Business door actually says they open at 10:00 on Sundays. Staff did not arrive to open until after 11:00. After checking in and waiting nearly 15 minutes, a staff person that was there finally acknowledge that we were there. At that point, we were told one person was there and they could get another to come in to do our pedicures. We made the 11:00 appointment because we have other things to do today. I would not recommend this place for great service. Due to their lack of courtesy, we did not use this salon.

Very nice, modern and clean salon. I had an appointment yet they started a walk-in ahead of me without an explanation. I’m sure there was a business reason for this but letting me know why would have been more polite. Then the technician asked me several times to upgrade. I get weekly manicures so I know what I want! That along with them talking to each other in their language excessively made me feel uncomfortable. I did get a decent manicure so I still gave you 4 stars and left a nice tip. There’s a lot of competition in a 12 block radius. These are easy fixes I hope you address. Maybe I’ll try you one more time in a few weeks. I wish you the best.

Just started coming to this nail salon. Was recommended to see Tracy, I’ve seen her 3 times. She usually does a good job on my nails. And we have good conversation. Today was an extremely uncomfortable visit. As I come here to get nails done, relax and get pampered. She was a bit rude and and sarcastic, and made an offensive comment to me, and felt the need to repeat the comment 3 times. As she seemed a bit annoyed when showing her a pic and explaining how is like them done upon arrival.
