Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had made an appointment on Friday for the next dayat 3pm. I arrived to my appointment on time, and I had to wait until my stylist got there because she had “stepped out”. Once my stylist got there she started on my hair. While she was doing my hair she didn’t ask me if it was too tight or didn’t even have a conversation with me about anything in that matter. Three days later my braids started falling out. I felt my hair and the stylist put grease on my hair. I called them and let them know that my braids were falling out and they told me they don’t know what happened but they couldn’t give me a refund. I came to this business a little over a month ago for some knotless box braids paid 200 dollars, and my parts were so big in the back of my head it was like they rushed then told me they will redo them for me and when it was time for me to get them redone they said that they dont have any openings because they just didnt want to fix my hair. They are very unprofessional and i do not recommend them to anybody! Couldve went to somebody anybody and got a better for a cheaper price.

They always do a great job. They don’t pull at your edges and they are efficient. I have alot of hair and I took them 6 hours to do box braids which is amazing to me. With other braiders it has taken upwards of 10 hours. I appreciate the professional environment and the timeliness of the stylists.

I won’t be coming back to this shop again. My hair has only been done a month and it looks like it’s been in for 3. Let me start from the beginning, I booked my appointment on a Wednesday for a Friday. I get there that Friday morning and there is one braider who is already working on a head. There’s another lady in front of me with an 8:30 appointment, and mine was at 9, there’s nobody there to do either of our heads. When the next braider finally gets in, she starts working on the other ladies head, still nobody there to do mine. (I should’ve left then). They could bot find my appointment, even though i scheduled 2 days in advance. I’m told my stylist is running late. She had to be picked up, so I keep waiting. When they get back with my stylist she starts on my hair. My hair is natural, but a good length. I’m told she will have to braid my braids to the end because I’m natural and that will cost extra. I tell them they don’t have to braid them to the end, thinking she will braid them just to the ends of my real hair. When we finally get done she styled them and I loved what I saw…..A few hours later I ran my fingers through the part of the braids that she had left out in the back and realized she knotted the braiding hair above where my real hair ended leaving my real hair puffed up through the braids. I was pissed because it was ugly. I will admit that my ends are puffy, but they could’ve flatironed them, put edge control on them or something, leaving out puffs in braids was very unprofessional. For me to spend $180 getting my hair done, I shouldn’t have had to go back and redo braids because they weren’t done right in the first place. I’ve been getting micro braids for years and have never had these problems with them, and this was the first time I’ve had them done by professionals. I could’ve gone to any ol body and paid half the price for better. They will definitely not get my business again.

I made an appointment to get my hair braided. I also received a text reminding me of my appointment the day before. After driving an hour to get there, I was told they were busy and I could reschedule. She offered to give me a $10 discount. My appointment was scheduled around my job so I was pissed. So, this was my experiance.

I recently visited this location to get braids and they did a great job. My braider took no breaks while doing my hair therefore and she was fast. As soon as I left I started receiving compliments on my hair. I will be returning.
