At consultation, everyone was pleasant and professional. My appointments since then, have not. I have been left waiting in the treatment room with the machine beeping that it’s done for over 15 minutes, I have also had mistakes been made over appointment times all because they booked under the wrong name. When I voiced my concerns about the unprofessionalism, they told me I was being nasty. In addition, I have not noticed any results. They did not take any photos with exception to the first appointment for comparison, either.

I’ve been getting the Venus viva treatment for some old stretch marks on my thighs. It does work but I had to purchase many more “packages” than I thought I would need. They’re constantly running a special for like 80 percent off but it’s not a special if you do that every day so that seems a bit sketchy. It’s been hit or miss with the techs, they do need some additional training for sure and it’s probably why I needed to purchase more. I’ve watched you tube videos on how to do the procedure and they’re not doing it that way. Many times the appointment in the evening is rushed because they are not allowed to work after 7. I would recommend looking for a dermatologist or highly skilled esthetician first before trying light rx.

I give them 5 stars because with the process I’m going through they have been helpful with questions, on time for my appointments, and understanding when I have things come up and I have to cancel or postpone. Amanda and Ashley are great to work with and speak with concerning my results and they have a good knowledge of the products offered. I’m planning on trying their chemical peel soon and I’m confident it will give great results.
