Tammy and all the staff I’ve seen have been so nice and helpful. I’ve had two appointments so far and have been very pleased with how welcoming and inviting it feels when I walk in. I’ve seen a couple of negative reviews from people in the past, but that’s not the experience I’ve had. I had high hopes for this company. Unfortunately my experience has not been the best thus far. The initial consult went well and my appointment was scheduled. I paid everything in advance. Then due to an illness had to cancel all of my procedures. I called and explained that I could not proceed with treatments and needed a refund for services not rendered. Tamra said she would see what she could do. I have heard crickets thus far.

I enjoyed getting laser hair removal in my bikini area. I had a groupon which was amazing. But with that being said I think they didn’t want to deal with me because I wasn’t paying full price. They tended to be a little rude and wanted to get me out of their fast.

I strongly recommend you think twice about going to this place. THEY STOLE $900.00 FROM ME! When I went there they had a very polite staff but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. When I arrived for my first treatment, the machine was partially down, so I was informed I would get a partial treatment that day for free. A couple weeks later some circumstances happened that required me to need my money back. This company stole $900 dollars from me, as they claimed that partial treatment counted and “they had no record of the machine being partially down.” Despite the fact that I called the manufacturer of the machine and they confirmed outages at that location on the day I was there. i had multiple interactions with the manager at the location where she all but told me I was a liar. Please consider bringing your business elsewhere.

I really liked the 3 technicians I encountered in my treatments. They were very professional and welcoming. What I did not like was their corporate policies. If you were 4 minutes late to an appointment, she would have to ask of she could STILL accommodate you. But if they were running behind, it was no big deal and little was said. I waited 17 minutes over for an appt…i am not a complainer…I just like more personal/flexibility ( w reason) in my salon…. And package price was ok for a Groupon…but their life time Gaurentee packages are WAY too exp. Especially when you MIGHT not be in business in this town in 3+ years…

My only issue was that there was so many staff helping me, all different at the same time. In addition to that, there wasn’t any education given as to what to do or change after leaving. It seemed like some of the staff couldn’t answer some of the questions that I had. I was only measured twice, which was the first time and then the last time. I wasn’t told my inches either. There was just not enough people working that I felt were professional enough to do that type of job. Otherwise, the facility itself was clean and nice.

This procedure was comfortable and I did notice a nice change. It’s not a permanent change but still a nice noticeable change. They said it is important to drink water and exercise afterwards and I agree. That did help with the results.The staff was delightful and very nice…especially Kendra and Tammy and Erin. They were Great and really made sure that I was very comfortable and getting the most out of my experience.Tammy and Kendra discussed other services that I may want to try as well. I never felt any pressure from them to purchase any service that I was not wanting or able to use. They gave me a complimentary session for the skin tightening procedure and I was very excited doing about that. However, it turned out that I was much too sensitive for this procedure and I couldn’t finish the session. I will say that it was my body reacting and not the machine or who was operating the machine. I’m sure this works great for many people. I was really disappointed because if I would have been able to handle it, I would have definitely considered purchasing that service. I see how this procedure could really can help tone up areas, especially with some loose skin. Being very much into fitness, I know that this would help make a difference.After discussing some of the other services, we decided that these would not really work for me due to how sensitive I am.
