I purchased a hair removal package here that I’ve completed. Some of the workers were good and seem to care, others just wanted you out the door. But it was always clean and pleasant inside. I’m fairly happy with my results but I think if the workers were more consistent about doing a good job I’d probably have better results and wouldn’t still be fairly patchy. For the price, I expected them to do a better job and everyone to care more. I probably wouldn’t do it again, knowing what I know now.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMy first time there was great I loved the girl doing my treatment and was very comforting. There were issues with my payment the first time telling me I would be charged 600$ Now and 600 at my first treatment and they really ran 1300 on my card which froze my account….I’ve had to wait 15 minutes every time I’m there even though I had an appointment.My second treatment was horrible. The lady didn’t even clean my face off before beginning the laser treatment…so I still had sweat and dirt on my face when she did the treatment.
