I bought laser hair removal services and so far have finished my fourth session (2 more to go)! Jo did my 3rd and 4th treatment and I finally noticed a difference. She is so sweet and made sure to take her time to cover the area unlike the first two techs who barely spent any time with me. I hope I get the results I paid for. Will update once I’m finished.

So from day one making appointment to just talk and see what they can do for me…because I have stubborn fat I could not lose at all..I was very self conscious of myself…I walked in and everyone greeted me and was welcoming…So first off sat with Karen and we went over how I felt about myself and she was absolutely wonderful with me and explained what she can do to help me…so I went home and talked to my boyfriend which was his idea because he knew how I felt..next day he talked to Karen and she got me started right away.I went in for the laser Lipo with the legacy’s and bliss to get rid of my stubborn fat…I am down 1 more legacy .this has been an amazing experience for me and my stomach is almost gone and down 8 pounds ..I am feeling more confident about myself….And the girls were very nice but definitely have to say Morgan was amazing and made me feel good about myself she was wonderful she notice more and more how much my body was changing and would give me compliments how great I was looking…she made me always feel comfortable during my treatments and give me ideas how to keep going …and Alyssa I had a couple of times and she was amazing as well she made me feel comfortable and just talked with me and give me more ideas as well…thank you Karen for the best experience I could ever have..you and the girls have made me learn to feel great about myself again and still going to keep myself going to keep losing….

First off, the girls here are very friendly, so for that they deserve this star at least. Other than that, complete rip-off! Got the “treat to complete” package that included the laser lipo and body contouring… and when I say $3000 for ZERO RESULTS, I mean just that. They tell you to diet and exercise daily, in which case you would see some results on your own efforts, but there was definitely no $3,000 worth of results from these sessions. My advice, just save your money and live a healthier lifestyle, or put that money aside to save towards getting REAL results from a surgeon.

ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME. I have had 5 sessions at another spa on my legs and the hair is almost gone. This place is a SCAM and they are rude and have zero customer service. They never tried to fix anything or apologize to me and remediate the issue. SAVE YOUR MONEY THIS PLACE SUCKS.

She will sit with you and go over every option available to you, to find something that both works with you and your budget. The girls who have done my treatments, Alyssa and Kayla, are absolute rockstars at what they do. They are very knowledgeable and are always available to answer questions, even if you’re just popping in on an off treatment day. Recently, I just purchased my very first Prolon kit, and I highly highly recommend to anyone trying to rejumpstart their health and wellness journey. Not only do I feel better, people are actually starting to see my results, and my clothes are fitting looser. This is a great place if you’re looking to get yourself back on track. Bought their laser treatment that is supposed to be life time warranty and once the sessions were completed I not see results. During sessions I would mention they missed areas and they assured me that my hair follicles were still getting burned away. I called to do more sessions and all they tried to do is sell me another package for the same price. What was the reason for selling me this life time package from the beginning at such a high cost when I would need purchase it immediately AGAIN?

To much to say and not enough space. First off the staff and management are wonderful and flat out amazing. They go the extra 10 1/2 miles to do whatever they can to make your experience not only the best. But one of a kind, unique and custom to each and every patient they work with. The price is high but definitely worth it. They have flexible ways to pay and they would do whatever they could to best accommodate you. The kindness and friendliness is Unrivaled to any place I have been to. They make sure that you are well taken care of from when you walk in to the time you walk out. They are easy to talk to and are honest. They won’t try to sell you a service or product that they really don’t think you will benefit from. In short I trust them, I respect them and they are the only people that I would recommend for this type of service.
