Not worth the money. I finished my 10 sessions of lazer and still have visible hair growing. It does take a little longer to come back but after all that money, I would have expected better results.

I would not recommend this place. I was looking forward to my sessions but my first experience ever with laser hair removal at lightrx was not good–unfortunately. My technitian didnt know it was my first time, never explained the step by step process and if pain was involved. Invited me to lay down on bed, applied a gel on my face and then went ahead to apply treatment without explaining what she was doing and alerting me what I was supposed to feel…. first time she passed the laser on my face hurt A LOT! Then I noticed a small mark on my face. She burned me. I am never ever coming back to this place even if they do it for free. Personnel didnt care for safety and dont even refer to your medical history. They are definitely careless and can tell they are not medically trained to prescribe numbing med, prevent complications and provide teaching. Find a place where they are worth your money. Not recommendable!

I have not had a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend this Light Rx location to anyone. Some of the staff are rude and dismissive. If you have any issue come up, you’ll see what I’m talking about. They are also extremely unorganized. After my consultation, I scheduled my first laser liposuction session over the phone using the Groupon I purchased. When I got there, they told me no one had scheduled an appointment for me, so I had driven all the way there for nothing and had to reschedule for the following week. I also didn’t sign any consent forms or medical waivers until I was on the bed with the laser machine on. They say they have a grace period of 15 minutes, yet when I came in 10 minutes past my appointment time, they turned me away. I understand that a patient being late can throw off the schedule, but if they had already decided they were not going to see me before the grace period was over, they should have texted, called, or left me a message. Not to mention, they have had to reschedule me once due to overbooking and have made me in the waiting room for over 20 minutes on multiple occasions. I haven’t really seen any results from the laser lipo treatments, even with dieting and exercising both after treatment and regularly. If you aren’t that much overweight, I honestly wouldn’t waste your time. Overall, they are unprofessional, unorganized, and if you value your peace of mind, you should stay away from this place.

I don’t think this really works. I should of read the reviews before trying it out. The employees definitely work on commission and don’t care about clients, it’s all about selling you more expensive stuff that doesn’t work according to the reviews I just read. It’s a big waste of money.

I received laser hair removal for both my underarms and bikini. They do tell you it is not 100% and they were right, but there is not enough hair that grows that you can even see. The staff was great and they were able to accommodate my busy schedule. I also received the laser lipo, sadly it did not do anything for me, but it may just depend on the person.
