I have been going to this place since prior to COVID, and the front desk staff has never not been rude. Every time I call LightRx to make an appointment or ask about something, the person on the other line has an attitude and is not helpful at all. The last time I called, which was 5 minutes ago, the lady said “you’re welcome” in the most disrespectful tone and ended the call so abruptly. I don’t know why this has been my experience with them considering everyone else who wrote reviews has had a good experience. The only staff member that was nice was the lady who did the laser for me. On top of all this, they have also given my mother a very hard time and been incredibly rude to her as well. She has broken English, so it’s hard for her to communicate clearly her questions, and they don’t have the patience.
