My original consult was for cellulite treatment. I was recommended 10 legacy treatments for $1500. After 10 treatments I had no visable results. I was told some people need more depending on how deep cellulite tissues are so I bought an additional 5 treatments in my next package however after a total of 15 legacy treatments I did not see any visable results so I gave up on those treatments after paying them off. Girls/technicians are nice and accommodating. The treatments will vary based on the technician and there is often confusion on what treatments are left in your packages. Recommend a copy of the detailed summary at the time of purchase to verify/confirm details later.

Well, my experience with this company has been complicated first off customer service is good, and yes manager comes off somewhat rude at first, I purchased a Venus package on three areas on the thighs, I was told in the beginning that I can have all 3 areas done once a week, this process quickly changed to I have to come in twice a week, also while technicians were performing my sessions they had to switch due to lunch breaks, I also was accused of reporting false accusations to their 3rd party company. The results on my thighs was average looking I wasn’t too happy about the results, I decided to purchase a treatment off of Groupon for my back on my 5th visit the technicians didn’t put any gel on my back for the laser lipo my back has been sore with a burning feeling for an week now, I have 4 more treatments left and I keep thinking about asking for a refund or just continue the treatments praying for the best to happen with better results.
