The staff at lightening Hair Lounge was the most amazing group of girls that I have ever worked with. Our wedding was a Sunday and this salon was the only salon I reached out to that would accommodate and was more then willing to help me on my big day. They went above and beyond for me and my bridesmaids. I could not have been more happy and pleased with everything we receive. Jane and Demi did a perfect job on Hair and makeup. I was so so happy with the whole morning. You guys really started the whole day off right. I could honestly go on and on about you all. Shelbie every step of the way, she made it so easy. She was always there for me when my questions needed answered. She was outstanding to work with. If you or anyone needs a special place for any salon need, not just Hair and makeup, these ladies will make you smile and make you feel 100% your best self. A little annoyed I got charged a cancelation fee. I canceled 3-4 hours before my appointment. When I made the appointment I told her I was having a baby and I wasn’t sure. She then said I could cancel it. I was never told about a cancelation fee. I’m going to pay it but I mean come on. I get it you need to fill your chair but it’s not like I gave you 10 mins to do so. Then I get a reply back, I clearly stated that was not told about the cancelation policy. I have been here a few times for nails and one service for hair and don’t remember signing any policies. Unless when you sign your credit card there is small print, I will not be returning.

100% recommend! Demi and Jane did my makeup and hair for my wedding at my home and they are amazing! They are both very talented, nice and respectful. Jane and Demi are very detailed oriented and takes their time to make sure everything is perfect. They kept things light and fun the entire morning! My bridesmaid also got their hair and make up done and were so in loved their looks. I would definitely use Lightning Hair Lounge again!
