Very happy with my experience at Lighten Up! I came in for a blow out & curl for my daughters’ baptism and Yolanda did an amazing job. My hair is thick & heavy so it doesn’t always hold a curl the best but somehow she got it to stay curled the entire time. I’m not sure what kind of magic she did but it’s now the following day and my hair STILL has a curl to it.. i’m definitely impressed! The price was reasonable, the salon was clean & everyone was really pleasant. Will definitely be back 🙂

My experience at Lighten Up has been great and I would recommend it to others. I wanted a change from barbershops, with my longer hair, and I decided to try a salon experience for the first time. Since then, I’ve been back 3 more times and plan on keeping it with salons. I have worked with stylists Victoria and Faith, with phenomenal experiences each time. The salon is always clean and the front end has been very helpful and professional. You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been going to Lighten Up for a few years and I really love how my hair comes out every time! I have to give madd props to Sam for my most recent cut/highlight/style that she did. She did a wonderful job and paid such close attention to detail, all the more impressive because the amount of hair I have meant it took almost three hours to highlight, cut, dry, and style! She listened to what I wanted and looked at pictures, and my hair came out AWESOME! She is very personable and sweet, and I will definitely be coming back to her in the future. Thanks so much! 😀
