I’ve been to this salon numerous times over the course of a couple years and the employees are always extremely nice. However my 2 stars is due to the experience I had yesterday. I had my appointment at 12 for a pedicure and gel fill. I arrived 5 minutes early and the 12:15 arrived right before me. The 12:15 was seen first by the same women who did our pedicures. Then when I was getting my nails done and the sweet girl who was doing my nails and was just about to start painting was kicked off my nails to go buff and file another customers nails by the owner Ashley. Ashley then took over. The other girl was going to do cute flowers on my nails and we had a cute design planned out. Ashley trying to rush as she always seems to be doing puts what is basically fireworks on my nails with a dot in the middle and called them flowers. I was already there for just under two hours because again I was seen late due the other women being seen first and didn’t have time to say anything as I had to get home and pack for a trip. And as the owner you should be able to see when your work isn’t good. I really wish the originally girl who was doing my nails didn’t get taken off just so Ashley could rush the service.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I had a gel pedicure and I left with the bottoms of my feet still with calluses and dry. He did not trim my cuticles or clean under my nails. My nails are all lumpy and bumpy and he even painted my skin. I also got a gel manicure and it was lumpy and bumpy. I had him remove the terrible polish he claims that caused the bumps. I then was left with a terrible second polish job. He missed the sides of my nails and painted yet again my skin. Do not go to Dan if you want to try this place. Never ever again!!!!

I’ve never been so unpleased with a nail salon that I have to write a review. The absolute worst service I’ve ever had. Unless you are getting your nails done by the owner allegedly, none of them know what they are doing and get super defensive when you ask them to fix it. I’ve never been to a place that does not clean your cuticles as part of the nail service/nail care or know how to do french tips in general. I called in for an appointment for a fill a week prior, to come in to my appointment not being there and then when they where finally ready for me they kept passing me off to different techs resulting in my hands looking completely different. You would assume that since I was just there a couple hours before they would be kind enough to fix them but no, the lady was super rude and was trying to charge me again for her to fix them. Never giving them my money again, the price is not worth the outcome and the techs should to be trained properly on what goes into these services.

I usually make an appointment, and when I arrive, I am always taken on time. The staff is very professional, courteous, and friendly. They do a wonderful job on my nails and my manicure and pedicure both last a very long time. I love the calming music that is always playing at their salon. I ❤️ Light Concept Nails. I made an appointment for 3 in the afternoon with a male technician I had been to a few times before. I got caught up in traffic and at 3:03 they call to ask if I’m coming. I say “yes I am so sorry I am in a bit of traffic Im hurrying give me 5 or 10 minutes”. She says ok and I hurry there. I was 9 minutes late. So they give me colors to look at and the technician finishes up with another client. He comes over and starts removing the gel from my nails. THEN he says since you were late I can’t do a gel manicure. Now that the old manicure is destroyed I asked him to remove the old gel and he does. SO DISAPPOINTED in the service here. I’ve never felt so undervalued by a business before. I have never written a negative review but this was such a terrible experience I wanted to share.
