Shannon is AH-mazing. She’s been doing my hair since we were school girls and I’ve never gone to anyone else anytime I have an important event Shannon has always been there to make me look phenomenal. She’s so great at what she does, and is so communicative with you throughout the whole process and is super happy to answer any questions that you have about what she’s doing during the different processes. Most recently she did my hair and make up for my wedding engagement photos and she did a phenomenal job it came out looking the best I’ve ever looked in my entire life. I can’t wait to have her do my hair and make up again for my wedding day! There’s nobody else that I would trust or want to do my hair and make up on my big special day!

Shannon is the nicest, chillest person! I always hated haircuts but then I looked around for an LGBT+ shop, called and asked if anyone there could cut my hair without turning it into a pixie cut (no shame to pixie cuts but they aren’t for my hair). I wanted something punkish and Shannon came through. She is great at communicating, has a great memory for all the tidbits shared during the process, and makes me feel so comfortable. Whether we chat the whole time or lull into silence, she is highly skilled and possesses wonderful soft skills as well. I highly recommend Light&Co! Support local!

Absolutely incredible service. Super cozy and intimate with adorable interior design (I’m a huge nerd for that sort of thing), LGBT friendly, fair pricing, and incredibly talented stylists. I only got a haircut but Shannon communicated with me throughout the process, took my hair’s history with color into careful consideration and ultimately gave me a cut that I loved despite the heartbreak of having to lose a lot of length due to years of damage. I knew it was time for the big chop to get my hair healthy again, and walked in anxious and sad. She took her time and checked in with me at every turn and helped make the best out of my situation. I had an idea of what I wanted to do, but because of her amazing communication skills I ended up with something different, but that worked for me better than the image in my mind’s eye would have. Thank you guys so much for squeezing me in! They do amazing color there as well, including vivids, so definitely check out their Facebook page for reference.
