I’m so glad that my friend Nancy referred me to Catherine. She is so friendly and knowledgable and very honest. I went in because I had wanted to lose some weight after birth. She gave me realistic expectations, didn’t try to sell me what I didn’t need. She recommended a program for me and the results were truly amazing. Even my husband noticed and asked if I’ve been going to the gym. Haha. (Our little secret!) Not only did I lose a fair amount of weight and tighten the saggy skin around my tummy and arm chicken wings, the wrinkles around my eyes has started to fade a bit too(without botox!).
