Critical: Quality, ValueMy boyfriend went here to get his hair cut, we just moved to the area and the salon had great reviews online, so he thought it would be a good idea rather than drive 30 minutes to his usual salon. He said everyone was very nice, but the problem is, he left looking like he got a bowl cut. He asked for blending and fading on the sides and back and just ended up with a straight line across the back and sides of his head. Nobody at the salon said anything or attempted to correct the line or blend it in. Apparently nobody saw an issue with a customer leaving their salon looking like they had an incomplete haircut. If the stylist is not comfortable with/is untrained in a certain style or technique they shouldn’t let the client sit in their chair or bring clippers or scissors near their head- some stylists are amazing with women’s cuts but should avoid men’s and vice versa. For the price I would’ve expected a better service or at least rectify the situation. He didn’t complain, but when he asked for blending he was told that was done… when clearly looking at his hair is NOT done at all. When I say there’s a clear unblended straight line….
