The lady that did my pedi was on the phone pretty much the whole time, she never acknowledged me, didn’t ever say hi, never asked me any questions like did I want my nails trimmed down? We had an appointment, when we walked in and stated such we were told to sign in and pick out a color, we had never been there before and asked about signing in nobody responded to us, finally another customer spoke up and explained it to us. We were then told to have a seat in a number chair where we sat for almost 30 minutes nobody saying a word to us, nobody apologized for a delay, no nothing. anyways when we went to pay and leave they charged my niece for both our pedi’s when I said I was paying separate I was told to bad your daughter paid for you, Merry Christmas. I found it extremely rude that they were demanding people pay tips in cash even telling people to go to an ATM to get cash. The polish job on my toes is not great on some toes it doesn’t even go to the edges, and some of my nails were cut crooked or maybe even half cut I’m not even sure TBH. That’s my review of this place I would probably choose to spend my hard earned money in a different place next time.

I have always received great service here. The staff is friendly. I have been going here for years now and will not go anywhere else to get my nails done. They have great business hours. I use to get gel but I was told by another customer to switch to powder, they last longer and are better for you, I now only get powder.

Went in for a full set, Amy was rude right from the start when trying to convince me to change the style I wanted claiming I didn’t understand. She then started to a coworker about me and my design and I knew it was bad. She proceeded to yank on my hands while doing them. She cut them extremely short (I have NEVER had them so short to where I can see my skin under the nail when I hold my hand up), burned my skin on one finger to now I have a welt and it hurts extremely bad, 2 made 2 of my cuticles bleed and to top it off she spilled the purple liquid cup and got it all over my brand new phone. What should have taken an hour to hour and a half max took almost 2 hours. It was a simple design (attached photo) and she messed it up by putting glitter on the heart instead of the diamonds like the picture. I will never be returning to this salon! I knew my mother and I should have walked out when she accused me of not understanding. Ruined my day as I went for my birthday today with my mother.

I drive an hour to go here! Lilly is who I like to see. They have a menu with a variety of scents, massages, care for your feet(pictured) They actually massage your legs and feet for several minutes with pressure and focus on pressure points vs some places of 1 minutes of touching your feet/legs. I love that they converse with you as well!

Typical salon. Best to connect with a technician who does your nails the way you like and stick with that person. Making appointments helps but is mythical if you have to sit and wait 20 to 30 minutes past your appt time.

Sofia is the BEST Ever Nail Tech! I’ve been seeing her now for a couple of years & when I book my appointment she is On-Time, Professional, Courteous and does a Fantastic job on my nails (cuticles, polish, shape etc.) and my pedicures are so Relaxing-she has strong hands for my leg massage:) @ times I end up falling a sleep during them or just uber relaxed. The salon is Clean, Relaxing and again one of the BEST in the twin cities! I do Encourage all to make an appointment especially on the weekends since they get so busy: ) Also speak up if you are not happy with something they always try to accommodate you with any Issues you may have. I’ve noticed some bad comments & I think personally a closed mouth doesn’t get fed, so please communicate respectfully:)

My best friend and I went here on a Sunday. Did a walk in and had to wait 15-20 minutes, which wasn’t bad. Went next door and got coffee and then picked out our nail colors. I had to wait a little while my best friends pedicure got started but that didn’t bother me, especially with the massage chairs they have. Staff was pleasant, the place looked nice and clean. However, we were both disappointed to find that our heels were rough, not smooth when we went to put our socks and shoes back on. Now, we just did a regular pedicure ($27) but we still expected that our feet would be smooth after… the leg massages felt great though and they did a good job painting the nails.

I had appointment they were still running behind. All they care about is money. They asking for more money for a tip. (I gave them cash tip). Definitely watch your bank account.
