The staff were friendly, and I got a great pedicure there; however, I’ve had two sets of dip nails that cracked (every nail)! They started cracking the week I got them done. I’ve gone to other local salons, and the dip lasted weeks. I’m not sure if it’s the brand of dip powder or technique used, but they won’t last. For $50+, less than a week of wear is not acceptable.

Took my daughter to get a set. We sat down in the chair and I told the tech “She wants a full set.” I looked up as she was doing the nails and saw she was applying a powder. I stopped her and asked what it was, specifically asking if it was gel. She responded that it makes the nails last longer. I was surprised and even responded that things must have changed because I hadn’t had that. When we went to pay she charged me for solar nails. I told her no, we just wanted a full set. She said “How did I know?” Maybe because I said full set AND NOT FULL SOLAR SET?!? She knew exactly what she was doing and intentionally didn’t disclose that she was doing solar when I stopped her. Total scam. They offered to redo and charge for full set only but told me they would add $5 for length. These are short nails and I have never had a salon charge extra unless the length was super long. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON, they will purposely add services you didn’t request counting on the fact you either won’t say anything or will just relent, which is what I did. Total scam and unethical business practices.

Had scheduled a message at 11:00 got a call at 10:15 as I was on my way saying Amanda needed to reschedule. So diappointing and unprofessional to me. She then tried to say she could do it at 11:15….what you could have just rescheduled for 15 minutes later. It was not until I told her how unprofessional she was that she made this offer. I will NOT ever use this spa seeing how unprofessional the staff is.

Wanted to rip my acrylic nails off. To furthermost damage my original nails picture below shows how horrible of a job they do. Not worth it. $45 in total upcharges for gel polish. The second set of charges was for my 9yo daughter with the smallest nails. They made both of us bleed. Pedicure was rushed. Asked me if I wanted trimmed toes, I said to file. Only. He still clipped away. No massage or focus. And one nail is crooked and the other has globs of acrylic underneath. My nailbeds hurt because they filed them so thin. And they do not give refunds, only offer to fix mistakes which is hard to do with torn skin/thin nail beds.. I am only posting this to encourage you to find another salon at all costs. They are an impersonal cash grab.

I have never paid in my life the same amount for a fill as I did a full set! RIP OFF!!! and the nail tech refused to let me change my color! And charged me 10 extra dollars for the color!
