Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI called this business while I was outside to ask what the weight would be they proceeded to tell me that it would be about 15 to 20 minutes. I then walk inside and request for a filling a filling and she proceeds to tell me that it would be 30 minutes I asked is she sure or is this a guess. After 30 minutes passed I gave a grace. Before I asked any questions which was about 15 minutes. At that point not being acknowledged I proceeded to ask how much longer would it be they tell me 2 minutes another 8 minutes pass I ask again and she said we’re gonna take care of you right now and then another 15 minutes pass and I’m proceeding to the door to leave.They tell me no don’t leave we’re gonna take care of you right now. Place me in the seat And then didn’t come over to take care of me as they claimed for another 6 to 7 minutes. As you can probably imagine by now I am quite upset and other people who have been waiting are also upset and they proceed to laugh it off when that person left which showed me they don’t care about their clientele they just want the money from the community. Not be visiting this salon again some other patrons are regulars and they may appreciate the service they received but we need to hold ourselves at a higher standard because this is unacceptable. Is this all because my nail Tech had to cancel last minute and I was forced to settle for this salon. I called this business while I was outside to ask what the weight would be they proceeded to tell me that it would be about 15 to 20 minutes. She came with a picture specific to what she wanted. After waiting an hour to get serviced she was finally seated what we thought was a competent nail technician however, we got everything but that.During her nail process, on roughly five occasions he stopped working on her nail to do other things. Never giving her his full undivided attention. That was issue number 1. Secondly, he cut her finger really bad, didn’t acknowledge it, and didn’t apologize for it. Finally, her nails were nothing like the picture she showed him which he assured her in the beginning that he could do. The absolute worse nail service I’ve ever experience. I took my daughter here for a full set for her birthday. She came with a picture specific to what she wanted. After waiting an hour to get serviced she was finally seated what we thought was a competent nail technician however, we got everything but that.

They charge 15 dollars extra for gel on top of pedicure FYI. Normally places charge 50 on average for a gel pedicure, they charged 75. Also the pedicure they did- did not last. The girl had horrible technique- took forever to do the service- and the gel started chipping within the first week. I had to come back to get it fixed and they told me to come back twice because they were busy even though it takes 5 minutes to fix. Places like this are pure robbery. I really encourage anyone reading this to just go somewhere else. I’ve been to several nail shops in the DMV- this is some of the worst customer service I have experienced. They charge 15 dollars extra for gel on top of pedicure FYI. Normally places charge 50 on average for a gel pedicure, they charged 75. Also the pedicure they did- did not last.
